Pastor Richardson is the Senior Pastor of TWC. A native of New York State, he arrived in the Valley over 20 years ago. Pastor Richardson has attended Trinity Worship Center for many years where he served on the deacon and elder boards and also on the staff as Christian Education Director and Associate Pastor/Business Manager before being appointed Senior Pastor. He knew that the Lord had called him to ministry and that came to pass during the summer of 2004 when he was inducted as Senior Pastor. Pastor Richardson reside in McAllen, Texas with his three children Candice, Robert III, and Zachary (Laura). |

 Ruth Sheller Christian Education/Children’s Ministry |
Ruth Sheller has served as the Christian Education Director for the past 4 years. She and her husband Steve are the Children’s and Youth Pastors. Ruth oversees the Sunday School Program, children’s classes and the annual Vacation Bible School . She and her husband recently developed a program called Trinity Troopers-”We Declare War against the Enemy” for ages 6-12 to help them develop a love for God and learn of His goodness. The Sunday morning program is called Super Troopers which meets at 10am in the Chapel. Ruth has two wonderful college age children Daniel and Aimee. |

Letty Tagle is the Administrative Assistant to Pastor Richardson. If you would like to schedule and appointment with Pastor please contact Letty. She also coordinates many of the guest speakers, outside advertising and is currently the choir leader. She joined the Trinity Worship Center staff after working in the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo school district for 29 years. She has been a tremendous blessing to this church as she has been leading the Children’s Choir for many years. She and her husband Alonzo, reside in San Juan, TX with their three children, Sarai, Matthew, and Christian and soon to have their first grandson. |

Chrissy Sanchez is our Financial Director, she has an extensive background in Accounting. Chrissy has been with TWC since 2006 and brings different talents to her position i.e. photographer and web designer. Chrissy handles all church finances and contributions. Chrissy resides in Pharr and has three wonderful grown boys Noel III, Kirk and Derrick. |

 John Romer Assistant Custodial Engineer |
John Romer serves Assistant Custodial Engineer. A native of Chicago, Illinois, he arrived in the Rio Grande Valley over 30 years ago. He is a graduate of Kingsway Missionary Institute where he became fluent in the Spanish Language. Mr. Romer is now involved in various aspects of church ministry one of them being the Choir where he lends his talents as a Tenor. He is a resident of Edinburg, Texas. |
